PCOS Ally tracks the symptoms, cycle, plates and habits that matter with PCOS,
explains what the research actually says with an evidence badge on every claim,
and builds a one-page summary you can hand your doctor. Private by design: everything stays on your phone.
Track what matters
Symptoms, mood, sleep, period, water, weight, labs. One tap from anywhere, patterns over 30 days.

The plate method, 40 recipes, a week plan and a grocery list. No calories, no weight cap.
Understand your PCOS
26 short lessons picked for your phenotype and goal, each graded by evidence.
Local-first
No account, no cloud, no analytics. Your health data never leaves your device.
PCOS Ally is a tracking and educational tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, and it never suggests medications or supplements. Talk to your clinician about anything that worries you.

hello.yk.apps@gmail.com and you'll get a reply
from the person behind Ally, usually within a couple of days. If the price is what's stopping you, write too.
Frequently asked
Where is my data stored? On your device only. Deleting the app deletes your data; include PCOS Ally in your iCloud device backup if you want a copy.
Do I need an account? No. There is nothing to sign up for.
How does the subscription work? PCOS Ally is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day trial on the yearly plan. Prices, duration and renewal terms are shown in the app before you subscribe.
How do I cancel? App Store → your profile → Subscriptions, or the Manage subscription link in PCOS Ally's settings. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Does PCOS Ally tell me which type of PCOS I have? No. You tell it what your clinician found; the app adapts lessons and suggestions to that, and never diagnoses.
Does it connect to Apple Health? Not yet. Everything you track lives inside the app.
