Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tuner mobile application (the “App”), published by Yacine Kahlis. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Using the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tuner. You are responsible for the content you submit and for using the App in compliance with applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the App's features to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

AI-generated images

AI-generated images are provided for entertainment and visualization purposes only. Results are approximations of how modifications might look and may contain inaccuracies.

Subscriptions & credits

• Premium features are offered through a paid subscription, which includes a grant of generation credits with each purchase or renewal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and are managed through your app store account.
• Applicable refunds are handled according to the policies of your app store.
• Each image generation uses one credit. Additional credit packs are available as one-time purchases. Credits roll over, have no cash value and are non-transferable; generation may also be subject to service-wide capacity limits that keep the service fast and available for everyone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
