This Privacy Policy explains how Tuner (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Tuner mobile application (the “App”), published by Yacine Kahlis. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
We use your information to provide the App's features: generating AI transformations of your car photos and managing your subscription. Your generation history is stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal information.
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the App, including cloud hosting, payment processing (Apple and RevenueCat), and AI providers used to generate images. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service.
Generated images live on your device to power your history; deleting the App deletes them. You can request deletion of the data linked to your device identifier by contacting us.
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, reach out using the contact details below.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
