These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DrawUp mobile application (the “App”), published by Yacine Kahlis. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Not medical advice. DrawUp is an organizational and computational tool. It performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter and keeps the records you create. It does not recommend compounds, amounts, schedules, or routes of administration, and nothing in the App is medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before taking any substance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DrawUp. You are responsible for the information you enter, for verifying every calculation before acting on it, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including those governing the substances you choose to track. Many peptides are research compounds that are not approved for human use by the FDA or equivalent bodies; the App does not endorse or encourage their use.
Reconstitution results, syringe units, supply counts, and reminders are derived entirely from your inputs. A wrong input produces a wrong output. We make no guarantee that any result is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose, and you should independently double-check any value before relying on it.
Everything you track is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own device backups; we cannot recover data that is lost when a device is lost, reset, or the App is deleted.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The App, including its design, artwork, and code, is owned by Yacine Kahlis and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple devices; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including damages related to decisions made in reliance on its calculations, records, or reminders, or for any indirect or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time; deleting it from your device removes your local data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
